Meet Siran a university student from Boston who found this amazing figure-flattering stripe knit dress while shopping in Soho-NYC with her friends. We had so much fun styling Siran who usually doesn’t like to wear heels. Here she is rockin’ these red stiletto’s! With the versatility of this stripe dress Siran can also play the look down with sneakers or sandals.
One of the trends that seems to have spread like wild fire this season – from accessories to dresses, bathing suits to ballgowns – comes in the form of stripes. They are sometimes paired together, thick to thin, with a touch of texture even shown in colors but more frequently in black and white like this beauty that Siran is modeling. The exaggerated pockets actually compliments a women’s figure. So if you ever thought “I can’t wear stripes”, try some of the new designs that actually flatter all figures. We’ve also seen this trend trickling into many of the Pre-Fall 2015 Collections, clearly this is one of those trends that is here to stay.
