We rubbed elbows with celebrity stylist Robert Verdi at a trunk show at Great Bag Co. with the newly opened beauty bar at Madonna & Co. This new retail concept incorporates the salon within the boutique for a one stop shop that makes for a chic and fabulous beauty and shopping experience.
“The salon itself is new to the boutique. We’re like it’s baby sister,” explained Jessica Scott, hair stylist at Madonna & Co.
Indeed, upon walking into the boutique, guests are surrounded by elegance and style. Chanel shades, fashion forward jewelry and trinkets, scarves, blouses and cocktail dresses – one might find their own personal unique look just by perusing the racks and displays. And with Madonna & Co. nestled in the back dishing out makeup and hair services, you could be in and out with an afternoon cocktail hour appropriate look within a lunch hour.
Robert Verdi himself was on hand to snap pictures on the red carpet with fashionistas donning adorable Great Bag Co. totes in a variety of colors. Guests partook in light bites and sips while sifting through the racks. Madonna & Co. offered beauty services ranging from a quick curl of the tresses to a bit of eye makeup glam.
