Having curly hair is something I found annoying more times than not through middle and high school. It would never look anywhere close to how I wanted it to look, so of course I’d use heat on it. Normally in the form of my flat iron, but also occasionally a big barrel curler. However as I’ve gotten a little older I’ve tried harder to embrace my natural hair texture so I was excited to be able to try out Madonna & Co Miracle Hair Gel.
Their company is actually a boutique and beauty bar that’s opening up into producing products for consumers everywhere. The brand themselves as the place to get a makeover and do a little shopping at the same time, where else but New York City. The hair gel comes in an opaque (perfect for keeping sunlight from ruining the product) plastic container. The lid is a simple squeeze dispenser kind and around the middle is the stylized purple Madonna and Co purple wrapper.
Verdict: The first thing I noticed opening the bottle of Miracle Hair Gel is that it smells fantastic. It’s clear and moderately thick. Putting it in my hair wet I could already tell it was better than previous gels I’ve used ( like the herbal essences gel). It doesn’t leave hair feeling chunky but does define my curls.
